The Grand Summit Hotel offers a luxurious stay with spacious, well-appointed rooms and stunning mountain views. The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. The amenities, including the spa and fitness facilities, contribute to a relaxing stay. However, minor issues with room maintenance were observed, slightly impacting the overall impression. Despite this, the Grand Summit Hotel earns 4 stars for its upscale ambiance, excellent service, and prime location for a memorable getaway.

My family stayed here for our annual wine fest trip. We loved it! We arrived and their system was down, but they still got us checked in relatively fast. Everyone was nice and the rooms were fabulous. The pool and hot tubs were clean and there was plenty of room for everyone down there. I really have to give a shout out to the valet. I really wish I would have gotten the man's name who helped us while we were there but he went above and beyond several times. At one point to show us to the parking garage because we were turned around and another time running to my sister's car to grab her phone charger she forgot. He has brown hair, a mustache and glasses. Whoever you are, thank you for your kindness and your amazing customer service. Grand summit, give this man a raise!

The hotel location is very good to the slope and lifts. The room has no house keeping because it's an owner's unit. It would have been nicer if it had a fire place. Service is nice.

Great hotel and worthy of 5 stars if their policies weren't so rigid even in the off season. ♿ Accessibility is good. The rooms, conference area, all restrooms are modern and easy to use. The staff is polite and helpful. The view is gorgeous and honestly this is a place I could take family. I wish they could be more flexible in check-out. Each additional hour is $50 and after 2pm you need to buy another night. I get this during their high volume season but they could have extended a courtesy to allow a later check out when the hotel has significant capacity. I needed to stay as my conference ended close to check out plus it was reasonable and needed (♿) to have the convenience of a room until 4pm. This is why I value the Marriotts and Hiltons, they understand how flexibility drives loyalty. I would come back but I need to plan better as my needs were not adequately met. But I believe they are 5 stars for most others!

We checked in late Saturday night around 11pm. I called ahead of time and asked they make up the sleeper bed. When I check in and head up to my room. It’s just one bed and I paid for a 5 person room. Turns out I was supposed to have the room connected too but the door wasn’t open and she didn’t tell me I was the room next door too. I’m not sure if she was new or what. Just the way they told me though rubbed me the wrong way, like some how it was my fault. It was all just weird. Room is a little over priced imo. We love the pool and the location though! **talked to the lady at check out and she took off resort fees, that helped**

Beautiful place, unfortunately this property was extremely understaffed. Waited at least 15 min to be checked in at front desk due to one employee. Cleaning carts were left in hallways, hard to get anyone at front desk to answer the phone and when they do the ask you to be on a brief hold but forget you… (3 calls) when using the valet service there wasn’t anyone at the stand so on separate occasions I had to go find someone. The Room service was good and very well done. The food and service at the Restaurant on the 2nd floor was also good. This might be a “summer only” issue but if you are going to be open why not staff properly? I fixed the TV cords from hanging under them on the wall mounts. Small details…. Once you get help from staff they were kind and friendly. I hope the feedback helps.

Incredible place! Stayed here in both the winter and the summer. Can't beat the location for skiing. You literally hop out the door and you are steps away from the Orange Bubble and Gondola. Had an awesome time in the summer too. Great hiking, biking and the adventure park at the base of Park City was super fun.

This is a nice hotel with a great location. However, it is very disappointing that hotel of this caliber doesn't have any open restaurants. The restaurants are only open during ski season and limited hours during the summer with no service the rest of the year. I would recommend staying at the Pendry or Westgate instead. The Westgate and Pendry have better amenities and full time restaurants.
